Mary-Kate Olsen is an American fashion designer and actress. She also writes, produces and manages a company. Along with Ashley Olsen she founded luxury fashion labels The Row, Elizabeth and James as well as more budget-friendly Olsenboye, StyleMint and StyleMint. Olsen started acting in her own right as an adult in 2012. Elizabeth Olsen, the actress's elder sister is also a model. Mary-Kate Olsen lived within Sherman Oaks. Her parents were Jarnette, "Jarnie", who was a personal assistant and David, "Dave", an estate developer and mortgage lender. Madison Michelle Pettis born July 22nd of 1998 in Arlington Texas. Her parents are both of Italian as well as French descent, while her father is African American.
